Your information.

This site stores the product and version purchased, payment references, order status and download activity. Payment approval happens on PayPal; this site does not collect your payment-card number.

Private order links and secure browser cookies provide access to orders. The browser also keeps saved recovery details so you can return to your order. Keep those links private, particularly on shared computers.

Support requests store your email, messages and any order reference you provide. Original and finished images are handled through a separate private image-job service. Sy can access support conversations and image jobs to provide the service.

Cloudflare hosts the site and storage. PayPal handles payment processing. This site does not add advertising trackers or an analytics script. These providers may process connection information as part of operating their services.

Order and support records are retained for operation and support; automatic deletion is not configured. Contact Sy through support to ask about your information. Do not send passwords, card details or private vault contents.
