• Your order is tied to the file version offered at checkout. Later product updates do not replace that purchase automatically.
• After payment verification, the first download claim opens a one-hour window with up to five download requests. Repeat claims do not restart that window.
• If the payment response is uncertain, use Check payment on your saved order before trying a new purchase.
• If a file is unavailable, won’t open or differs from its description, contact support with your order reference. Refund requests are reviewed with the purchase details; a support message does not itself issue a refund.
• Image work is agreed separately before editing begins. Private upload and delivery links have their own expiry.
